Frank enjoyed traveling, the outdoors, and especially fly fishing. An avid sports fan, he also loved photography, painting and genealogy. Frank was a familiar and beloved presence in San Luis and the surrounding communities, where friends knew him as "Pancho." He was always ready to offer a helping hand and a kind word. He is survived by his brother, Maclovio (Iva) Gallegos of San Luis; sisters, Loyola Litz of Trinidad, Colorado; Teodora Post of Huntington Beach, California; Marcella Pacheco of San Luis; and Ozella (William) Martinez of Pueblo, Colorado.
