Francisco Murillo Obituary
Francisco was born on December 3, 1939 in Santa Rosa, Zacatecas, Mexico, to the late Francisco Murillo and Maria Ramires.
Francisco is survived by his wife, Antonia (Canales) Murillo; his children, Alberto Murillo, Pablo Murillo, Inocencio Murillo, Santos Murillo, Jose Cruz Murillo, Carmen Murillo, Ventura Murillo, Maria Amparo Murillo, Maria Carolina Murillo, and Maria Esther Murillo; as well as several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other family members.
Francisco was an extremely hard worker and very intelligent - especially in Math. He was very active going walks all the time and he was always happy, with a contagious smile. Francisco also loved listening to his favorite music and enjoyed reading.
Visitation for Francisco will be held from 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm, Thursday, February 19, 2026 at St. Joseph Funeral Home, 824 S Mayflower Rd, South Bend, and again from 9:30am – 10:45am Friday, February 20, 2026. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 am that Friday at St. Adalbert Catholic Church, 2505 W Grace St, South Bend, IN 46619. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
