Francisco Silvas

Francisco C. Silvas, 38, of Mathis, Texas, passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2025. Francisco was born on November 3, 1986, in Corpus Christi, Texas, to Alberto and Celia C. Silvas. Francisco was a beloved son, father, grandfather, brother, and friend who will be dearly missed.

Francisco was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Celia Silvas, and his sister, Alma Silvas.

Francisco is survived by his father, Alberto Silvas, Sr., his significant other, Apalonia Hernandez, his children; Destiny, Mya, Hailey, Diamond, Alayah, Francisco, Sisco, Jhonathon, and Frank, and his siblings; Alberto Silvas Jr., Armando Silvas, Cirildito Silvas, Bertha Silvas, and Priscilla Paiz. Francisco is also survived by 3 grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.

A Visitation will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Sunday, August 24, 2025, from 5:00pm - 8:00pm with the Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at the same venue on Monday, August 25, 2025, at 10:00am. Interment will follow at Descanso Eterno Cemetery #2.

Pallbearers will be Alberto Silvas Jr., Cirildito Silvas, Sisco Silvas, Jhonathon Botello Silvas, Alexander Pena, Sebastian Maximo Silvas.
