Frank was born January 31, 1956, to Mack & Louise Allen in Monroe, Louisiana. Affectionately known by his family as " Big Frank",.

Frank was the eldest of four children. He spent his childhood and adolescent years in Monroe and shortly after graduation, he moved to Houston, TX. It was in Houston where he met and married the love of his life, Anita. Frank & Anita were married for forty - seven years and from this beautiful union, they produced their Irish twin boys; Frank E. Allen II & Jonathan M. Allen " Chevy ". From a young a young age, Frank was always mechanically inclined and created a career as a mechanic. He worked on everything from cars to semi's.

Frank is preceded in death by his son, Jonathan " Chevy ", whom we let November 2024. The lost of Chevy was devastating to Frank. He's also preceded in death by his mother & father Mac & Louise Allen. Big Frank is survived by his wife, Anita, his eldest son Frank II, two sisters, Annie Allen of Monroe, LA, Mable Gibson (and family) of Atlanta, Ga, one brother, Chester (and family), of Dallas, Tx, his in-lws John & Adelaide Strothers (and family), and his four grandchildren, Frank (B), Da'Drian, Tyree, and Payton.

He leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, family, and friends that he loved dearly.
