Frank was born on May 23, 1978, in Austin, TX to John & Virginia Botello. Frank received his degree in Business Management and Art from Texas State University.
After working as the night shift supervisor at UPS in San Marcos, TX, Frank decided to pursue his passion of being an artist full time. His artwork would go on to be published in art journals and even displayed in Times Square in New York City.
Frank is survived by his mother Virginia, sister Tobie, brother-in-law Arnulfo Flores, brother John, sister-in-law Betzabel and two nephews Frank Oscar and John Joseph. Frank will be missed by all who got a chance to know him. His kind heart and sense of humor will forever be remembered.
