When I relocated to Canby, Oregon, from New York 21 years ago, I was shopping at Cuthford's Market; I missed the Canby bus back home. My husband was working, and I could not contact him to pick me up. Frank volunteered to drive me home when he overheard my conversation with the cashier. I was grateful and felt welcomed to my new community.

Frank was a tremendous person. A friend, mentor, and the appropriately defined Mr. Canby. I could give numerous reasons to help justify the word tremendous, but if you ever had the pleasure to meet Frank, you already know...I am going to live the rest of my days trying to "Be More Like Frank'.
