Dargel, Frank B. Burton, MI Age 91, passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at his residence. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 AM Thursday, June 24, 2021 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5199 Richfield Road, Flint, MI 48506; Rev. Fr. Roy Horning celebrant. Interment, with Military Honors, will be in Great Lakes National Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:30 PM - 7 PM Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the Mass on Thursday at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holy Rosary Catholic Church to go towards the Baptismal Font. Frank was born in Reedsburg, WI on November 2, 1929, son of the late Herman and Bessie (Alford) Dargel. He married Pauline Pauls on February 14, 1953, she preceded him in death on March 20, 2011. Frank proudly served our country in the U.S. Army from 1948-1952. He supervised a number of important construction jobs in his career from 1953 to 2002, including the General Motors Air Transportation Service hanger/office in 1984. Frank was a member and longtime supporter of Holy Rosary Parish and Schools. Frank is survived by his children, Dennis (Cathy), Barbara, Michael (Kathy), Patrick and Tim (Debbie); grandchildren, Emily, David, Nicholas, McKenna, Bethany (Aaron), Kristin (Brett) and Kevin; great grandchildren, Connor, Lucas, Emilee; and many other loving family and friends.
