Graveside services for Mr. Frank "Cheatham" Davis, Sr. , 83, of Newellton, LA will be 11 AM, Tuesday September 30, 2025, at Legion Memorial Cemetery Newellton, LA with Rev. Troy J. Dennard officiating, visitation will be 5-7 PM Monday September 29, 2025, at Dennard First National Funeral Home Winnsboro, LA.

Mr. Frank was born November 10, 1941, in Newellton, to the union of the late Roy C. Davis and the late Annie Mae Davis and passed away September 25, 2025, at his home in Newellton

He was a member of Flowers Landing Baptist Church and Crowville Lodge #370

Frank is preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 63 years Frances Davis; and a grandson, Michael Allen Davis; brother, Sonny Davis; and sister, Myrtle Porter.

Mr. Frank is survived by his son, Frank Davis, Jr. and his wife Traci of Newellton, LA; daughter, Kelli Rene Tumlinson and her husband Donald of Colfax, LA; seven grandchildren, Shelby Diann Davis, Megan M-Lynne Cook. Alexandra Nicole Davis, William Jacob Davis, Victoria Allison Ulmer, Martin Cook, Brandon William Ulmer; eight great grandchildren; one sister Mary Bell Nunez.

Honorary pallbearers will be Roger Arnold, Martin Cook, Jacob Davis, and Brandon Ulmer.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Hospice TLC and their entire staff.
