Frank E. Delesky, 78, of Mehoopany, died Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2024, at his home in Mehoopany.
He was married to the former Beverly Pierce who passed away in 2020.
Frank was born in Scranton on March 16,1945, and he is the son of the late Stanley and Mildred Getz Delesky.
Frank graduated from Scranton Central High School in 1963, and he joined the Army after graduation. Frank worked at P&G for 27 years in Charmin/Bounty. He enjoyed watching baseball and football games, and he loved the Hallmark channel. He enjoyed making woodcrafts, loved feeding and watching wildlife, except for black snakes.
He is survived by his son, Joe Delesky and wife Denise; daughters: Frances Zona, and Beverly Benninger and husband, Frank; grandchildren: Frankie Delesky, Matthew Zona, Diane and Steven Nogick, and Denise Kiefer; and nine great-grandchildren.
In addition to his wife and parents he is preceded in death by his daughter, Carole Delesky; and granddaughter, Samantha Delesky.
Funeral services will be private at the Pieta Cemetery, Tunkhannock with military honors.
