I was a former employee of Primrose and had the pleasure of working with Frank and shooting pool with him and several other residents at Primrose. We made it a point to give each other hugs when we seen each other every morning. Frank performed our marriage ceremony at our home 4 years ago. He was a great friend of my husband and I and my family. We will miss him dearly.
