Frank Joseph Esposito

Frank Joseph Esposito, of Danbury, CT, cherished husband of the late Sandra (Gilleo) Esposito, passed away at Danbury Hospital on Wednesday, May 14, 2025. He was born on February 15, 1947 in Peekskill, NY, son of the late Joseph and Ethel Mae (Conklin) Esposito.
Frank retired as an optical fabrication technician from ASML in Wilton, CT, formerly known as Perkin Elmer. He was involved in projects such as the Hubble Telescope.
Frank enjoyed going on vacations with his wife Sandra (of 60 years 4/18/25), enjoyed short trips to the outlets, took stained glass classes together and they enjoyed going to different ice cream places whether it was locally or while they were away. He was an extremely loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was lovingly called Pa.
He will be sadly missed by his daughter, Susan (Esposito) Poulin and her husband, Carl; his grandchildren, Kyle Mendes, Zachary Poulin, Blake Poulin (Tara-Rose), and Joshua Poulin; and five great grandchildren, Rylan, Ella, Greyson, Levi and Harlie'Jo.
He was predeceased by his daughter, Denise Esposito Mendes.
The family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Tuesday, May 20th between the hours of 5:00 – 7:00pm.
A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, May 21st at 11:00am at Wooster Cemetery.
