Mr. Frank E. Feccia Jr., 82, of Hopedale MA died Saturday ( March 28, 2026) at the Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital in Westborough MA after a period of declining health. He was the beloved husband of Sharon E. (Lovely) Feccia.

Frank was born in Milford MA. The son of the late Frank E. Feccia Sr. and the late Betty (Laczka) Feccia. He attended the former Sacred Heart Grammar School and was a graduate of Milford High School, Class of 1961.

Frank was first employed as a young man working at the former Brunelli's Market and at Fenwal Inc. In 1962 he began working at Massachusetts Electric Company, now known as National Grid, retiring in 2003. After retiring, he also worked part-time at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Milford.

Frank was a proud member of the Massachusetts Army National Guard, serving from 1962 to 1966 and attaining the rank of Sgt. He had been a resident of Hopedale MA since 1970.

Frank was an avid sports fan and an avid fly fisherman who made all of his own "lures". He loved tending to his garden and was an excellent cook. He was known for his "zucchini relish" which he made annually and gave to his family members & many friends.

Frank was a past-member of the Nipmuc Rod & Gun Club; member of the Milford Italian Club (the Mangia Mangia Club); and a member of the Dramatic Club.

Along with his beloved wife of 58 years, he is survived by his 3 sisters: Jean do Curral, wife of Bento doCurral of Milford MA, Barbara Mitides of Milford MA and Carol Bates of Douglas MA; also several nieces, nephews, grandnieces & grandnephews.

In accordance with his wishes cremation will take place. A Private Funeral Service will be held at the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA at the convenience of the family. Burial of his cremains will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Milford MA. There are no visiting hours.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The National Kidney Foundation, 209 West Central Street, Natick MA 01760.
