Burlington- Frank Gaddy, passed away Saturday, December 17, 2022 at the Hospice Home following a brief illness. He was a native of Dillon County, SC and son of the late Lemie and Gertrude Hyatt Gaddy and he was married to the late Patricia Ann Williamson Gaddy for 51 years. Frank was the owner and operator of Central Tree Service for over 39 years and was devoted to his family.
He is survived by his sons, Ricky (Annette) Gaddy, Ken (Lisa) Gaddy both of Burlington and Kenneth (Jamie) Gaddy of King; grandchildren, Kimberly Gaddy of Nashville, TN, Jonathan (Rebecca) Gaddy and Courtney Gaddy both of Burlington, Beth, Aaron and Ashley all of King, NC; great grandchildren Allyson Lunsford and Colt Patrick both of Burlington; sister, Pat Hayes of Sumter, SC and a brother, Jack Gaddy of Burlington. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Ann Williamson Gaddy; parents; sisters, Mildred Cook, Ida Mae Hayes and Barbara Baker; brothers, Billy Gaddy, Joe Gaddy, Tom Gaddy and an infant brother.
The family would like to thank April for being such a wonderful caregiver to Frank.
The funeral will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 2:00pm in the Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Paul Dameron. Interment will follow in Alamance Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 12:45-1:45pm prior to the service and at other times at the home of his son Ricky.
