Frank Garza Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Ric Brown Family Funeral Home - at the Expressway of Mission on Feb. 6, 2026.
Frank Garza Jr., lovingly known as Frankie, was born on March 5, 1967, and passed away on January 30, 2026, entering eternal rest.

Frankie was a devoted father to his daughter, Alexandra Zapata (Orlando Zapata) and a loving Grandfather to Olivia Zapata. He was the beloved son of Frank and Dora Garza, who survive him, and a loving brother to Cynthia Acosta (Robert Acosta). He was a proud and caring uncle to Robert J. Acosta (Deyla Acosta), as well as Nicole Acosta. Frankie was also a loyal and genuine friend, leaving behind many whose lives were touched by his presence.

Although Frankie lived a life filled with many challenges, he never lost his faith in God. Through every struggle, he held tightly to his belief that God was guiding him, even in his darkest moments. His journey was not easy, but his heart remained full of love, compassion, and care for those around him. We find comfort and peace knowing that Frankie was able to face his challenges head on and conquered them before he left this world and is now resting in the loving arms of God our Father, free from his struggles and at eternal peace.

Frankie was known for his bold, unforgettable personality. His voice and laughter could be heard a mile away, filling every room with life and warmth. He loved deeply and never stopped caring for his family and friends. His presence was powerful, his spirit was genuine, and his love will continue to live on through the memories shared by those who knew him best.

Though our hearts are heavy, we trust in God's promise of eternal life and take comfort in knowing that Frankie is watching over us, reunited with God, and finally at peace. His faith, love, and resilient spirit will forever remain in our hearts.

Frank Garza Jr. will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."
