Macon, Georgia - Services for Frank I. Gibson, Jr. are 11:00 AM Saturday, July 13, 2024 at New Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Born in Macon to the parentage of Frank, Sr. and Addie Anderson Gibson, he was educated in the Bibb County School System and graduated from Peter G. Appling, class of 1963. He retired from Walmart as a maintenance supervisor after 20 years of service and was a faithful member and deacon at New Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors include: son, Frank I. (Lakeisha) Gibson III; grandchildren, Justice Gibson, Shaniece Gibson, Mark Hyman, Jr., Joshua Hyman and Ethan Hyman; sisters, Pastor Ikie (Willie) Hart and Joyce Daugherty; brother, Robert Lee Gibson; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
