Age 91 of Penn Hills passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. Beloved husband of Jean M. (Terlizzi) Gigliotti. Loving father of Carla (Scott) Anderson and Tracey (Ron) McDermott; adored grandfather of Alicia (Thomas III) Reiser, Alexa (Shane) Rings, Michael (Leah) Anderson, Elena McDermott, Emma (Joseph) Dunn, and Ella McDermott; great grandfather of Thomas Reiser IV; brother of Lorraine Gigliotti; also survived by several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, Angelo & Theresa Gigliotti and sister, Norma House. Frank was a beloved barber for more than 60 years at Hair Masters and Vecchio's in Monroeville. He was a hardworking man, never missing a day of work. Some will always remember him by his bubbly personality. Frank also loved talking about Pittsburgh sports, playing his daily numbers, making new friends, spending time with his family and most of all being Italian. He will always be remembered for his kind blue eyes, gentle soul and signature dance moves (stomping grapes). Family and friends will be received Friday, October 3, 2025, 3-7 PM at the JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC. (MONROEVILLE/PLUM CHAPEL) 445 Beatty Road, Monroeville (412-856-4747), where a blessing service followed by Military Honors will be Saturday, October 4, 2025, 10:30 AM.
