Sorry to hear of the loss of a good soul who I am sure is in a better place. I remember Frank from our Dupont days as a kind and calm person. His accident saddened me greatly but as he recovered I respected his strength. I pray his family takes pride in the light he shed on this earth.

My is Van Wilkins l worked with Frank and he helped train me when I went into supervision He was a friend and a happy person. I will never forget the day of his accident I was suppose to leave the plant when he got back to work. He will surely be missed by me and all that knew him. Adios amigo
