Wow Coach, It's been a while since, I played for the Terps at the boys & girls club. but I'll never forget we won the championship for 9/10 yr olds perfect record 8-0, thanks Coach for teaching me the game of football. Alan Coulbourn

My first memory of Frankie was when I joined the business office of C&P/AT&T team downtown Main Street in Salisbury, MD. I dealt with Frankie almost on a daily basis. He was always in and out of our business office. When situations arose, Frankie was cool, calm and collective. He was a very busy man but never took the pressures of his job out on you. Frankie was so very kind..kind of like a big brother figure. Rest in peace, Frankie. You have certainly earned and deserved.

Knew him in high school, the Class of 1963. Nice guy who always had a smile on his face.
