Frank Lombardo passed away on January 30th, 2022 at the age of 69. Of Pilesgrove, NJ. Beloved husband of Michelle Lombardo (nee Wilhelm). Dear son of Lenora and the late Salvatore Lombardo. Devoted father of Brooke Lombardo (Andrew Pellegrino) and step-children Sarah Clifford (Devin Dougherty) and Sean Clifford. Caring brother of Donna Lombardo (Michael Revelli). Loving uncle of Dominique Lombardo. Caring brother in law of Shannon Glowitz (Guy Glowitz). Loving uncle of Guy Jr., Mason, Levi, and Easton Glowitz. Loving nephew of his aunt, Mary Stuardi. Frank will be missed by his dear childhood friend Dennis (Cathy) DiFlorio, as well as many other family members, dear friends and co-workers.
Frank was born and raised in South Philadelphia and loved to help his father at their family store "Lombardo's Seafood" in the Italian market on 9th street. From a young age music has always been one of his passions, Frank started performing by playing piano in his teenage years and would soon become an amazing well-known pianist around town. He started his band "Bandstand" in his twenties and decided to step down in 2014 from performing.
Frank raised his daughter Brooke in Shamong, NJ and he not only taught her his love of piano but raised her with unparalleled values, such as to always help someone when they are in need and to be kind and loving to everyone. Frank met Michelle through Bandstand where they fell in love, got married and resided in Pilesgrove, NJ; where they built a beautiful life together. He worked in commercial lending at Commerce Bank/ TD Bank for the past 25 years and cherished all the friendships he made there.
Frank's greatest joy came from simply spending time with his family and dear friends. Many say his love of life was infectious and he was known for his kind heart. He enjoyed telling jokes to make everyone laugh and feel special. They will cherish all those special memories they have of the time they spent with him.
Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Wednesday February 9th from 6-9 PM at the Bradley Funeral Home, 601 Rt.73 South, Marlton, NJ 08053 and on Thursday February 10th from 10-10:45 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua Church. 285 Route 206. Hammonton, New Jersey 08037. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM Thursday at the church. Interment will be private. In lieu of other expressions of sympathy memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at www.stjude.org or to the Wounded Warrior Project at www.woundedwarriorproject.org
