Frank Loughner Obituary
He was born on October 3, 1934 in Mamont, PA, to Edwin R. and Vernie Mae (Hall) Loughner; Beloved husband of the late Florence "Flo" (Berkoben) Loughner; Preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, Walter, Edwin Jr., Donald, Loretta, Barbara, Glenn, Dorothy and Charles; Survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Frank served in the Army from February 1955-February 1958. He was a member of Post 18 Slickville American Legion. Frank will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Family and friends will be received Saturday, January 31, 2026, 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Bash-Nied-Jobe Funeral Home, 152 Abbe Place, Delmont (724-468-8381). Funeral Services will be held on Monday, February 2, 2026, 11:00 am at Woodlawn Cemetery - Denmark Manor, Export, please meet at the funeral home at 10:00 am.
