Frank "Jim" Mikul

Frank James Mikul, known as Jim, passed away to be with his Lord on July 3, 2024 at the age of 77.
He was born April 8, 1947, to Frank and Mary Mikul. He grew up in Mequon, and trusted in Jesus as his Savior at an early age. He was married to Barbara, his beloved wife of 55 years, and together they had two sons Brian (Teresa) Mikul and David (Julie) Mikul.
He lived in Menomonee Falls and Jackson, and worked as a production manager for many years. Upon retirement, he began a new hobby using a scroll saw to make beautiful and encouraging wood gifts, which he sold online and gave as gifts to practically everyone he knew. He enjoyed being a grandpa and, most recently, a great grandpa. He was a servant of his Lord, his family, and those around him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother John Mikul. He is survived by his wife, two sons, six grandchildren – Sean (Jordan) Mikul, Ryan Mikul, Megan (Angelo) Liles, Nathan Mikul, Matthew Mikul, and Evan Mikul, two great-grandsons – Merlin Liles and Hudson Mikul, and his sister Carol (Joe) Pedigo, who all look forward to seeing him again with our Lord in heaven and in the resurrection.
A gathering for family and friends will be on Friday, July12 from 10 until 11 a.m. at the chapel at Washington County Memorial Park with a service to follow at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Washington County Memorial Park.
