Frank was born on November 24, 1966, in Santa Rosa, NM, to Frank Moncayo Sr. and Frances Ann Maestas. Frank married Elida Garcia in Clovis, NM on September 25, 1997. He was a landscaper and performed maintenance. Frank loved watching wrestling, car shows, traveling to San Antoinio, lowriders, and New Mexico music.
Survivors include his wife; Elida Moncayo of the home, children; Jessica Garcia, Stevie Moncayo, Jessie Moncayo, Patricia Rodriguez (Daniel), Ricky Moncayo, and Raymond Moncayo (Joanne) all of Clovis, NM, three grandchildren; Neveah Reyes, Isiah Garcia, Unique Garcia, and godson; Liam Lopez.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Frank Moncayo Sr. and Frances Ann Maestas, his son; Jerry Ray Garcia, and brother; Peter Moncayo.
