Joe was born on September 20, 1962, to Florencio Moncayo and Jane Cordova in Santa Rosa, NM. Joe married Stephanie Rollins in Clovis, NM on February 2, 2020, He worked for ENMRSH here in Clovis, NM for 24 years. Joe was a collector of dicast cars. He was a Miami Dolphins fan and enjoyed watching football. Joe loved spending time with family and close friend James Lindsey.
Survivors include his loving wife Stephanie Moncayo of the home, mother; Jane Moncayo of Santa Rose, NM, 7 daughters; Stefanie Moncayo-Romero (Raymond Romero), Alyssa Moncayo- Ulibarri (Michelle), Desirea Padilla all of Clovis, NM, Jelena Moncayo of San Antonio, TX, Julian Padilla of Portales, NM, 2 sons; Joseph Padilla and Josh Moncayo both of Clovis, NM, 3 grandchildren; Noel Sena, Noah Sena, Carter Sena, one great grandchild; Zane Moncayo, 3 sisters; Frances Chavez (Bobby), Florence Moncayo both of Santa Rosa, NM, Barbara Moncayo of Clovis, NM and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by father; Florencio Moncayo, son; Joe Anthoy Moncayo and sister Lisa Moncayo.
