Hazel was born on August 24, 1994, to Joe and Ummugulsum Rose Cunningham in Clovis, NM. She was a graduate of Clovis High School. Hazel enjoyed gaming, loved her cats, spending time with family, going for walks, watching horror shows and anime.
She is survived by her son, parents; Joe and Rose Cunningham of Clovis, NM, sister; Melisa and Gene Gallegos of Clovis, NM, step sister; Maria Cuningham Sheridan, Indiana, step brother; Alex Cunningham and his wife Alee, niece; Saya Gallegos, nephews; Aizen Gallegos and Soren Gallegos, step nieces; Ashley Boyd, Tonya Toomey, step nephew; Cain Toomey, uncle; Sahin Korkmaz (Emine), aunts; Sevtap Ozkilcel (Kadri) Gonul Bayuksengun (Yucel).
