Frank was born on February 2, 1948 and passed away on Thursday, June 23, 2016. Frank was a resident of Port Chester, New York at the time of his passing. He served in the US Army in Vietnam. He was married to Joya. Visitation will be 5-9PM on Monday June 27 2016 at Craft Memorial Home Inc. Funeral Service will be 11AM on Tuesday June 28 at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Greenwood Union Cemetery.
