Frank Radogna, 81, of St. Augustine, formerly of New Jersey, passed away September 22, 2023, at the Bailey Family Center for Caring with his family at his side. He was born in Casamassima, Italy, son of the late Rocco and Teresa Radogna. He had resided in Florida with his wife, daughter, and granddaughter for the past 4 years, having moved here from New Jersey. Frank retired from Yellow Freight where he worked as a platform worker for over 30 years. He moved to the United States in 1969 where he established employment while staying with family and then returned to Italy in 1971 where he married the love of his life, Costanza. Frank was true to his Italian heritage and loved spending time with his family and friends having dinner, enjoying wine, and playing cards. While in St. Augustine he enjoyed watching his granddaughter Francesca play sports, especially soccer and basketball. He was a member of San Sebastian Catholic Church of St Augustine.
A memorial mass will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday September 30, 2023, at San Sebastian Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Costanza Radogna, St. Augustine; son, Rocco Radogna (Sheri), California; daughter, Teresa Caramucci, St. Augustine; sister, Maria Franchini (Oronzo), Italy; brother, Mario Radogna (Enza), Italy; and his grandchildren Hannah, Francesca, Austin, Zachary, Malory, and Marloe and many cousins, nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.
