Frank N. Roffe, 77, of Burlington died Friday, Aug. 2, 2024, at Addington Place in Burlington.
Born October 26, 1946, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Joseph and Marie Caffarelli Roffe. On December 14, 1984, he married Sherry Mahaffey in Burlington.
He received a Bachelor's Degree from Iowa Wesleyan College.
Frank worked in corrections for 30 years, retiring as the Treatment Director for the Mount Pleasant Correctional Facility.
He was of the Catholic faith. Frank enjoyed golfing, fishing, and was an excellent pool player. He was an avid Penn State Nittany Lions and Pittsburgh Steelers Fan.
Survivors include his wife, Sherry Roffe of Burlington; son, Joe Roffe of Burlington; stepson, Edward Hoel of Burlington; sister, Marge Linn of New Jersey and two nephews, Flavio Linn and Michael Linn, both of New Jersey.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Cremation has been entrusted to the care of Prugh Crematory.
There will be no services at this time.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for the Des Moines County Humane Society.
