Frank J. Santoro, aged 95, of Keller, Texas, passed away peacefully from natural causes on July 7, 2025. Born on January 19, 1930, in Chicago, Illinois.

After graduating from Harrison High School, Frank embarked on a lifelong career with the United States Postal Service, beginning his tenure in 1949 as a Distribution Clerk. His exemplary work ethic and leadership skills culminated in his appointment as Director of the Chicago Mail Processing Center. 

Frank was not only a devoted professional but also a passionate historian and educator. He shared his love for history by volunteering as an instructor at Mesa Community College. In the early 2000s, he brought joy to many as a dance host on the famed QE2 cruise ship, where his remarkable ability to connect with others shone brightly. In 1965, Frank married Josphine Modica, with whom he shared a fulfilling life and raised a family.

He is survived by his son, Joe Santoro, and grandchildren, Abbey Toronjo, Nick Santoro and Kate Santoro. Preceded in death by his father, Giussepe Santoro; mother, Mary Santoro; brother, Anthony Santoro; wife, Josephine Santoro and son, Gary Santoro.

A man of deep moral conviction, Frank lived his life by the tenets of integrity and honesty. He believed that life was best lived having good moral values and trying to make things better for future generations.

Memorial Mass will take place on July 21, 2025, at 10:30 AM, with a Mass at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
