Every time we sat down after golf we would talk about the high school days in the old Creston neighborhood. We lived but a block apart, I lived on Palmer just around the corner of the Drug Store. Frank is one of a kind.

Aunt Mary and family,
We were sad to see the passing of dear Uncle Frank. He was well loved and I always admired him for the work he did and his devotion to his family. He had a gift for music and laughter, of which fortunately, we were able to be a part . Sending prayers to all of you.

Dear Mary, Doug, Roxanne, and Steed family,
We were deeply saddened to hear of Frank's passing but also comforted by remembering the life he lived. His eternal positivity, humor, and skill as a musician and joke teller will never be forgotten. Many of our fondest memories include the light and laughter he brought to the Sunday night bowling league. Rest in peace friend, you were truly loved by so many!

My deepest sympathy to the Steed Family. I first met Frank when he played with the Muskat Ramblers at Savory Street Restaurant. What an unforgettable fun character he was! I kept up with his shenanigans through the years by working alongside his humorous daughter, Jerri, and his super nice (and equally funny) son, Doug. Fond memories will never fade.

I am so sorry to hear that Frank died. He and Mary came to visit my dad (Tom) just before my dad moved to Sentinel Pointe. He played a funny little thing called a harmonium, and it was a delight. What a light in the world he was!
My dad says that he'll miss Frank terribly.

Frank was a friend to be treasured! He and Mary brought so much joy to us, on cruises or at festivals; visiting each other and playing some crazy golf or a funny card game. He was a kind, gentle talented man. My love and sympathy to Mary and his beloved family. Kathy

I remember Uncle Frank always making people smile whether through his music or his sense of humor. I loved listening to him play the piano when he'd visit Grandma Lou or at the Christmas party.

When I was a kid Frank was a regular at our house. He played a lot of gigs with my brother Rupert. He also was our milkman for a while. He´d let me ride along around the block where he taught me bass lines and how to make a trumpet sound through my closed mouth. We had fabulous vocal jam sessions. He was truly a wonderful person, not to mention fabulous musician. RIP Frank.

Frank was a loved man. When you saw him, you knew he always had a joke to tell, or a song to sing. Frank will be missed by the Rinks and Brunsinks families.

Having Frank as a golf partner over the past few years was one of the best friendships I could ever ask for. Jokes abound at almost every hole we played. I always enjoyed our chats about his musical talents and the great love he had for his family - so many grandkids and great grandkids.
He will be missed tremendously.... RIP my dear friend!

Frank was my partner in the rhythm sections of the Muscat Ramblers, New Reformation Band, Wally's Warehouse Waifs, and on countless local GR gigs for over 55 years. He was one of a kind - great musician playing piano, banjo, guitar, vocals as well as masterful upright bass fiddle. He contributed his talents to countless handicapped youngsters during his day job at Kent Occupational High School adding significantly to their life experience as none other could. An all around wonderful human being! I'll miss him as will many others.
