Frank Stephens Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Heritage Funeral Home & Cremation Services - Panama City on Oct. 7, 2025.
Frank Stanley Stephens, 90, of Panama City, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 3, 2025. He was born on June 2, 1935.
Frank was a gentle and loving man who cherished the simple joys of life - camping, fishing, family gatherings, and time spent with his children. A natural storyteller, he could captivate anyone with his tales, and his sense of humor brought laughter to those around him.
He will be fondly remembered for his kind spirit, his ever-present cigars, hat, and the countless stories he shared over the years. Frank worked as an electrician for 40 years and took great pride in his craft. Above all, he was a devoted father and friend who was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his father, Jesse LeRoy Stephens; mother, Gussie Perkins Stephens; daughter, Sonya Kay Pinnell; sister's Evelyn Todd and Martha Hitson; brothers, Joe, Lester, Jesse (Buddy), and Fred Stephens.
Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Tonya Willis (Jammie); sons, Stanley Stephens and Michael Stephens (Lorrie); adopted children, Michael Goodwin-Stephens and Haley Goodwin-Stephens; grandchildren, Steve Stephens (Margaret), Christopher Stephens, Jeffery Stephens, Phillip Stephens (Heather), Brianne Case (Dan), and Jessie Willis; great grandchildren, Reign, Kaide, Tristin, Blakelei, EJ, Evangline, and JT. He is also remembered by his brothers, Marvin, Johnny (Georiga), Hubert "Pinky" and Sammy (Dottie) Stephens; sisters, Gladys (Polly) Wells and Nancy (Nan) Sansom; special niece who helped take care of him Teresa Daurte (Terry).
No formal services are scheduled at this time.
