Frank Leroy Stringfield, 87, of Denton, Texas passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on September 29th, 2024, in Flower Mound, Texas.
The funeral service will be held at North Dallas Funeral Home on October 4th, 2024, at 3pm. Visitation will be held on October 4th, 2024, at 2pm. Merit Memorial will be handling the funeral arrangements.
Frank was born in St Louis, Missouri to Perry and Ethel Stringfield on August 3rd, 1937. He was 1 of 8 children. He was a dedicated husband, father, brother, grandfather and follower of Christ. He met the love of his life in 1961 and made the absolute best of their 62 years of marriage. He enjoyed golfing, holidays, football, church, his community, family trips, quality time with those he loved and a drink. He was the epitome of how amazing and selfless it is to put those in your family first.
Frank is survived by his wife, Marjorie Stringfield of Denton; grandchildren and their spouses, Daniel, Chelsea, Kyle, Kara, Noah and Nathan; 6 great grandchildren; sisters, Peggy and Jean.
He is preceded in death by his daughters, Christine and Leslie; parents, Perry and Ethel Stringfield; siblings Alvin, Lucille, Carl, Dorothy and Joseph.
