Frank Eugene Talotta

"Frank the tank"

July 9, 1957 – February 3, 2026
Frank Eugene Talotta passed away on February 3, 2026, at the age of 68.
Frank was predeceased by his beloved grandson, Ashton; his daughters, Shaunna Talotta and Britney Vega; his brothers, Michael Talotta and Jon Talotta (infant); his sister, Gina Talotta; and his parents, Suzanne and Frank Talotta.
He is survived by his children Frank Jr. "Frankie," Steve, Nathaniel, Jordan, and his daughter Kiley, whom he lovingly referred to as "my Kiley," as well as his 18 grandchildren, who brought immense joy to his life. He is also survived by his sister, Chrysanne (Drew) Ritenour, and several nieces and nephews.
Frank was a retired Army veteran who took great pride in serving his country. A true patriot and a devoted servant of God, he lived his life guided by faith, service, and an unwavering sense of responsibility for those around him.
He loved to drive and could often be found carting people around, always ready to help however he could. Frank had a way of showing his love not only through his words, but through his actions. He took in the "bad kids," made sure everyone got home safely, and never let anyone face hardship alone if he had the ability to help. If Frank could do something for you, he would-without hesitation.
He never backed down from a challenge and gave his all to everything he set out to do. Frank brought laughter, joy, and a little chaos wherever he went, leaving behind countless stories and memories that will be cherished by all who knew him.
Services will be held at Cleveland Funeral Home, 404 Sherman Street, Watertown, NY 13601, on Sunday, February 8, 2026, from 2:00–3:00 PM, with burial to follow in the spring.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that attendees wear their most ridiculous T-shirt-no formal attire, please-and come prepared to share their favorite stories of Frank's wild antics, so we can celebrate his life the way he would have wanted: with laughter, love, and good memories.
