Frank Yuhasz, Jr. age 74, died peacefully in his sleep on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. Beloved son of Florence and Frank Yuhasz (both deceased) and cherished brother of sisters Diana Ferguson (Bill), Janice Meiners (Kent),and brother Bruce Yuhasz (deceased). Uncle to Zachary Meiner and Eli Meiner. Also has many cousins scattered throughout the Cleveland area. He loved animals, particularly his two German Shepherds and three rescue pups. He was an honest man, loyal friend, fiercely independent, and an avid sports fan and lover of music. Frank was diagnosed with Retinitis Pigmentosa as a young boy. This hereditary eye disease would render him totally legally blind by his mid-20s. Frank never complained, and he worked at the Cleveland Sight Center workshop for several years. Later, he acted as a caretaker to his Mom, Florence, in her later years. Frank always hoped for a cure for those stricken with Retinitis Pigmentosa and supported the Foundation Fighting Blindness. Thank you to all his friends, neighbors, therapy dogs, and the caring staff at Royalton Woods Assisted Living for making his last 11 years happy, healthy and comfortable, including the dietary staff for their delicious meals.

In lieu of flowers, please plant a tree in Frank's name, adopt a shelter dog, or make a donation to Berea Animal Rescue Friends, 10015 East River Rd., Columbia Station, Ohio 44028

Family will arrange services at a later date.
