Frankie Bellamy was born on November 2, 1951, to Fines and Mary (Caswell) Black. She passed away on October 23, 2025, at Integris Hospital in Oklahoma City, surrounded by her loving family. Frankie lived most of her life in Fort Cobb, Oklahoma, with her late husband, Eddie "Poodle" Bellamy, who was the love of her life. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Fort Cobb. Frankie was known as a caregiver to everyone and the backbone of her family. She loved crocheting, cooking, canning, and especially spending time with her grandchildren. She dedicated over 40 years of hard work at the Fort Cobb Locker Plant and was proud to be a homemaker who poured her heart into caring for her home and loved ones.
She is survived by her son Heath Hull of Fort Cobb, Oklahoma; mother in law Mary Kuntz and Joe of Rush Springs, Oklahoma, brothers Bill Black and wife Janita of Ardmore, Oklahoma, and Tommy Black and wife Theresa of Lone Grove, Oklahoma; son-in-law Jimmy Plaster of Fort Cobb, Oklahoma; grandchildren Cydnie Scott and Carter of Okarche, Oklahoma, Jade Ellis and John of Fort Cobb, Oklahoma, Zackary Plaster and Bethany of Fort Cobb, Oklahoma, and Blake Plaster of Fort Cobb, Oklahoma; great-grandchildren Michael Scott, Jet Ellis, Letty Ellis, and Rendy Ellis; along with numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and a host of friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie "Poodle" Bellamy; her parents, Fines and Mary Black; her daughter, Michelle Plaster of Fort Cobb; her sister, Willie Blocker; and her half-sister, Mary Lou Dickerson
Frankie will be remembered for her kind heart, strong spirit, and the love she shared with everyone who knew her.
Services are under the direction of the Fort Cobb Funeral Home, Fort Cobb, Oklahoma
