Franklin D. "Frank" Clark, 77, of Utica, went to his heavenly home on Thursday, October 2, 2025. He was born on July 22, 1948, to the late Cosmas "Dick" and Helen VanRyssellberge Clark. Frank was a proud veteran of the US Army and retired from Willamette after 40 years of service. He was a member of the VFW, Post 696, and the American Legion, Post 9. Frank enjoyed golfing, loved spending time with his family and friends, and never missed a grandkid's birthday, ballgame, play, or performance.

Frank is survived by his children, Krista and Elisha Clark; grandchildren, Cameron Douglas, Logan, Kaitlyn and Chance Dull, Blakely and Jack Clark, and Samantha and Kayla Collins; great-grandchildren, Maizey and Izaiah Douglas, Legacy Payne and Nova Wrzesinki; his siblings, Curt (Eileen)Clark, Joseph "Poodle" (Mary Jane) Clark, and Jamie (Peggy) Clark; and his sisters-in-law, Minnie, Brenda and Angie Clark, and many beloved nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Frank is preceded in death by his wife, Patricia "Susie" Mosely Clark, and his siblings, Clifton "Bud" Clark, Justin Clark, Kenny Clark, Rita Russell, and Mary Barr.

A Funeral Mass will be said on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church in Whitesville, KY, with entombment to follow at Rosehill Cemetery in Owensboro, KY. Visitation will be on Monday, October 6, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with prayers at 6:30 p.m. at Cecil Funeral Home in Whitesville, KY.
