Frank was born on November 29, 1936, to Burl Athur Daly and Mollie Grason in Melrose, NM. He served in the United States Army and enjoyed rodeos, training horses, loved his children, occasionally going fishing, and watching old westerns.
He is survived by his four children; Steven Bouchillion (Deann) of CO, Beverly Huggins (Brian) of Bryan, TX, Molly Daly (Luis Rodriguez) of Portales, NM, Margaret Overstreet of Palm Meadow, FL, best friend; Texicana Walters of Portales, NM, his sister; Georgia Foster of Grapeland, TX, brother; Bruce Daly of Stephensville, TX, his 15 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
Frank is preceded in death by his parents; Burl Arthur Daly, Mollie Grason, son; Phillip Daly, and four brothers; Leo Daly, Denver Daly, Charles Daly, and Kenneth Daly.
