Fred Henderson Fergerson, aged 83, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 26th, 2025, at Town Hall Estates nursing home in Arlington, Texas. He was born July 21st, 1942 in Dallas, Texas to Vera and Curtis Jones. He married Joyce Wagner on April 3rd, 1969. He worked as a quality control foreman and retired with 30 years from LTV (Vought) in Grand Prairie.
As a young man, he served his country in the Army reserves. He loved golf and fishing in his younger years. His stepdaughter Connie remembers his love of singing patriotic songs as they took road trips and endless tickle fights. He loved watching a variety of sports, particulary football and golf.
He is survived by his wife Joyce, stepdaughter Connie Bush; seven grandchildren and spouses, and fourteen great granchildren. Family, friends, and others whose lives were touched by Fred are invited to donate to Central Bible Church's Storehouse.
