Fred Thomas Hogan

Fred was born on April 21, 1956 and passed away on Sunday, August 26, 2018. Fred was a resident of Bluefield, West Virginia at the time of passing. He had been a lifelong resident of Bluefield and was a graduate of Bluefield High School. He was retired from Norfolk & Southern Railroad with 40 years of service and was a veteran of the US Army National Guard in Bluefield. Memorial service will follow at 1:00 PM with Minister Dan Webb officiating.
