I was telling my kids about my school teachers. He was one of my favorite teachers, funny, caring. And of course his little alligator clicker...I had him for 6th grade at Roosevelt. My mom had him at woodman. What a wonderful man..God bless.

Mr. Jacobi was my 5th grade teacher, he was my favorite because of the Map Game every Friday. He was very supportive and I will always remember how he treated me, I came from a difficult back ground and he took an interest in me and I know he looked out for me.
I did look him up when my own daughter was a senior in high school, and stopped in to say hi in Clinton. it was important to me that he see that I did okay, and I never forgot his part in me striving to succeed. I wanted him to know he did make a difference in my life and education, that his kindness and compassion for a little girl who was pretty sad at times.
He will always live in my memory.
Jennifer
