FRED P. LANZAFAME
Age 87 of Mokena, passed away on Tuesday, December 24th, 2024 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox.
Fred is survived by his loving family, wife, June Lanzafame (Gerstung), children, Chris (Jason) Michau, Gina (Steve) Franker, Carla (Jeff) Dvorak, Nicholas Lanzafame, grandchildren, Cassidy (fiancé Nick Stamatkin) Michau, Alec (Faith) Glinski, Alyssa (Nick) Bandura, Tessa Dvorak, Max Dvorak, siblings, Maria (Norman) Roney, Dorothea (Robert) Calvano, Phillip (Christine) Lanzafame and sister in-law Joyce Lanzafame.
Fred was preceded in death by his parents, Phillip & Rose Lanzafame (Rinella), daughter, Gail Lanzafame and brother Salvatore Lanzafame.
Fred was a United States Army Veteran.
Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Thursday, January 2nd, 2025 from 9:00 AM until time of the funeral service at 12:00 PM. Interment, Oakland Memory Lanes, Dolton, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations to Misericordia Home www.misericordia.com would be appreciated.
The nightly ceremony in Washington, D.C. will be dedicated in honor of your loved one on the day of your choosing.
