We always looked forward seeing our cousins from Norfolk during the summer. The fun we would have down the shore , sitting on the step listening to the wonderful accent. On the hot day you would see a car packed with loads of happy children with Uncle Fred at the wheel , heading to the local ice cream store, treats for everyone. when I think of Uncle Fred it was his true kindness to everyone he would meet. Thank you for been a part of my life, you will be missed. Alicia Hillman ( White) low point Cape Breton Island

.
My Dearest Friend you are in a place that you have been wishing for for so long.
No more pain, no more depending on people.

You are now with GOD and that is what you wanted Fred.
It was so hard to see you seperated from Robena.
Sad that I lose my good friends but will be happy for you.

The last few years have been difficult to see you failing after watching you for the last 50 years taking on so many challenges and beating all odds.

You have given me so many great memories .... watching you go flying off the snowmobile at the airport, the MOOSE chasing us in New Brunswick, seeing you off to South Korea for the Paralympics ....
and too many to list here.

I will miss your daily phone calls. I will miss YOU not being here.

But I am so HAPPY FOR YOU FRED and I thank GOD for finally relieving you from your suffering.

And I pray daily for Robena. Bye Fred. Love You ...
