On February 4, 2025, Fred Eugene Pitts, Jr. of Mountain View, Arkansas passed away at the age of 82. Fred was born November 1, 1942, in Little Rock to Fred Pitts, Sr. and Eva Wood Pitts.
Fred will be missed by his loving wife Frances of 57 years; children Greg Pitts (Judy, deceased), Lisa Waldrup (Johnny) and Beth Fogle (Ron); grandchildren Jacob Waldrup (Elizabeth), Mackenzie Waldrup, Wyatt Fogle and Morgan Fogle; sister Nell Earles (David); brothers-in-law JC Haley (Jean) and Johnny Haley (Joyce); sisters-in-law Christene Toone and Joyce Ragen; and many nieces and nephews.
Fred was preceded in death by his parents; sisters Mary Lou McCumpsey and Freda Person; and special nephew Guy Kennemer.
Visitation begins at 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 10, 2025, followed by funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, 404 W. Dewitt Henry Dr., Beebe, Arkansas. Burial will be in Butlerville Cemetery. To view the online register, please visit www.smithfamilycares.com/westbrook
