Growing up, Freddy was always away from home and I rarely was able to see and visit with him. I was so in awe of this brother of mine, so much so I became a Marine just like him.
I will forever miss my brother; I pray for his soul that it will be in peace. Know big brother, I have always loved and looked up to you. You will be forever missed. Until we meet again.

As the youngest of the family, my memory of Freddie was filled with love and laughter. It was because of him that I became a US Marine.
