Freda Castle Obituary
Freda was born on October 25, 1931 in Lakeview, Michigan, the daughter of Arthur and Esther (Clark) Hubbard. On December 9, 1950, she married Donald Castle. Freda loved gardening drawing, and worked at Coral Schools as a cook. She also loved going to the Casino.
She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings; her husband, Donald Castle in 2008; her granddaughter, Angela Hadrich in 1998; her son-in-law, Carl Hadrich in 2022; and her and daughter-in-law, Sandra Castle in 2014.
Freda is survived by her daughter, Marilyn Hadrich; her sons, Rex (Debbie) Castle, Dale (Tammy) Castle, Glenn (Darcy Corey) Castle; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; her brother-in-law, Sam Bunker; and her nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Monday, May 22, 2023 at the Heritage United Methodist Church, 119931 Kendaville Rd, Pierson, MI 49339. Pastor Terri Cumins will be officiating.
Visitation will be held from 6:00pm - 8:00pm Sunday, May 21, 2023 at Howard City Funeral & Cremation Services, 225 E Edgerton Street in Howard City.
The family will also greet relatives and friends from 10:00am - 11:00am prior to the service on Monday at Heritage Church.
Burial will take place in Reynold Township Cemetery.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be given to Heritage United Methodist Church.
