Freddie Lanford Ingram was born December 5, 1956, to the late Francis R. Ingram and Janet Davis Ingram. At a young age Freddie confessed Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and joined the Old Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Freddie was an active choir member and devoted servant at OPH until faced with health challenges. Freddie grew up in the city of Conyers, Rockdale County where he attended elementary school at John Phillip Carr and later a graduate of the Rockdale County High School, class of 1974. He continued his education by attending DeKalb Technical College where he received an Associate's Degree as a Diesel Mechanic. Freddie was an essential worker of the family-owned establishment, "Francis R. Ingram Cleaning Services". Freddie's greatest passions included reading books and not just any book, the encyclopedia was a number one choice. Once he gathered the facts, he had no problem in sharing what he had learned. He also liked traveling, working in the yard and maintaining his home. He leaves to cherish his memories: his brother, Carl Ingram (Ann); sister, Pamela Robinson (Scottie); nephews: Carlos Ingram (Courtney), Felix Clark (Adrienne), Corey Ingram (Brittany), Christopher Ingram (Ashley), Julian Robinson, and Nicholas Robinson; great-nephews: Caleb, Caden, Amir, and Zaire; great-nieces: Calie, Cameron, Caris, Chloe, Campbell, Skylar, and Trinity; aunts: Margie Davis, and Ruth Ingram, and a host of cousins, church family members, and friends.
