Frederick R. Fuller, of Wareham, passed away on January 14, 2026 at the age of 82. He was the son of Lucille (Meader) and Russell Fuller.

Fred was born on May 5, 1943 and raised in Weymouth. He was a graduate of Weymouth North High School. Fred enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1962 and was honorably discharged in 1965. He went on to work a lengthy career as a Boilermaker for Local 29 retiring in 2000. Fred married the love of his life Christine (Sewell) on January 21, 1966.

Fred was a true patriarch who lived life with laughter, loyalty, and an unmatched love for his family. Whether you called him Freddy, Captain, Dad or Bampy; he meant something special to everyone who knew him. He found his greatest joy in the outdoors - boating, fishing, camping, and sitting by the fire surrounded by family and friends. Though often the quiet observer, he was always the compass that guided, sharing stories and life lessons that stayed with you long after the moment passed. His steady presence, wisdom, and love will continue to guide those who were lucky enough to know him.

Fred was the loving husband of 60 years to Christine A. Fuller. Father of the late Jeffrey R. Fuller, the late Marc J. Fuller, and Michelle M. Fitzgerald of Wareham. Father-in-law of Jennifer Fuller. Grandfather of Jeanette, Megan, Emma, Anthony, Madelyn, Benjamin, and Shannon. Cherished Great-grandfather of "the child of great importance" Aubrey. Brother of Glenn Fuller of Plymouth and the late Russell Fuller. He is also survived by his brother-in-law and sister-in-law Richard and Joanne Sewell, his best friend Greg Sousa and many nieces and nephews.

A committal ceremony will take place on Wednesday, January 28th at 1:15PM at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
