Frederick Gerhardt Obituary
Fred was born on November 11, 1945, in Ft Lauderdale, Florida, to Fred and Del (Piquette) Gerhardt. He graduated from South Lyon High School in 1963 and from Kearney State Teacher's College (Nebraska) in 1968. Fred taught math and coached in Novi, South Lyon, and Kingston. He loved coaching baseball and mentoring his players. In retirement, little made him happier than being with family and attending as many of Josh and Erin's activities as he could. He made many friends at the Loading Zone II.
There will be no funeral at this time. A memorial will be held in the summer.
