Frederick F. Kleinert, age 76, of Monroe, passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at Seacrest Nursing Center.
Frederick was born February 15, 1949 in Dundee, he was the son of Kenneth and Mildred (Bizoe) Kleinert.
He was a 1967 graduate of Monroe High School. He then joined the US Air Force to serve his country. After returning to Monroe from the military he worked for La-Z-Boy until he became medically disabled in 1969.
Fred enjoyed playing euchre, deer hunting, riding his bike and spending time with his family.
He is survived by three siblings, David (Debbie) Kleinert of Carleton, James Kleinert of Monroe and Beverly Kleinert of Monroe; six nieces and nephews, David Kleinert, Holly (Paulo) Dusicska, Heidi (Will) Lang, Mary (Leonard) Wheeler, Brandy (Phillip) Runyon, John Freilberg and their families.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 11, 2025 from 12 noon until services begin at 2 p.m. at Bacarella Funeral Home, 1201 S. Telegraph Rd., Monroe, MI. Rev. Roy Southerland will officiate. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park with military honors by VFW Post 1138, Monroe.
