Bellingham, Washington - Lifetime Bellingham resident Frederick Palmer Lee, son of William "Cougar" Lee and Patricia (Rocke) Lee, passed away August 26, 2025. He is survived by his loving companion of 21 years, Sandi Weston, and many relatives and friends. A service of remembrance will be held at Westford Funeral Home on Thursday, September 11th at 11 am.
