Fred was a wonderful volunteer at the VirginiaMarine Science Museum serving on the Wednesday morning shift. It is with great sadness that we just learned of his death this November 5. We all send our sympathy to his wife and children.

I'm saddened to hear about Mr. Neely's passing. I took care of him on several occasions at SPAH. He was a very kind man, and my sincerest condolences go out to his family.

I worked with Fred at the golf course , fine gentleman he was.True he truly enjoyed nature and being outdoors. Never got to shoot with him , but enjoyed listening to story's of competition and matches. Sorry for the family's loss . He will be missed by many that had the pleasure of his company I'm sure .
